Deep emerald green envelops two luminous fields: above, a rich antiqued gold with the patina of old bronze; below, a softer pale cream with golden undertones that gathers light from within. The green is saturated and absolute, the colour of old velvet, of malachite under lamplight. Where the fields meet the ground, the edges glow, gold bleeding into green, green absorbing cream.
